The Capitol Legislative Library is located on the second floor north side (2N).   You can register for a computer and print these lists for $0.15 a page

Tips for the Capitol:

1. In the Capitol Rotunda, the side with triple arches is the South side.  There are no direction markers for N,S,E or W.

2. The Capitol elevators and bathrooms are on the North side.

3. Often times they limit entry to the North side that has handicap access.

4. Public Parking is on the East.

5. Offices in the Capitol have the number first. 
   For ex. 1E.12 is First floor in the Capitol, East side, room 12.  Not to be confused with E1.12 which is in the underground Extension, first floor, room 12.  

6. The G floor is for "Ground" but it is really the basement.  You can access the Underground Extension via stairs on the North side of the Ground floor.

7. The bathrooms in the Extension are next to the stairwells and elevators.

8. The elevators in the Extension take you outside, so if you go out you have to comeback in through the Capitol.
